NOTICE OF MEETING
The 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday July 9, 2022 at Bevan Hall, located adjacent to St. Paul’s Church, corner of High and Victoria Streets in Southampton, Ontario.
NOTE: In order to accommodate as many members as possible, this will be a hybrid in-person and Zoom meeting.
A Zoom link, proposed Agenda, minutes of the 2021 AGM, Financial report and other information will be sent to members before the meeting. Unfortunately, this will not allow enough time us to mail this information to you via Canada Post.
